Hired The Detroit Roofing Company to replace my roof in Detroit. They were excellent very responsive, and the last 2 roofing companies I hired did not fix the leak. Finally they came, found the leak was the vent pipe, but i wanted a warranty so I did a whole new roof which came with 20 year warranty. We had water seeping into an exterior wall following a heavy wind/rain event in our area in September. The owner was able to show up that afternoon and found several flaws with the workmanship of our builder. I appreciate that he took several pictures and took the time to explain each repair. I had been procrastinating for year to replace the fascia and soffit on the back of the roof of my house - it was all rotten and I couldn't imagine how it would ever be repaired. The folks who replaced the roof a few years ago said that they couldn't do it. A few months ago I decided that it really did need to be fixed - whenever it rained hard and blew against the back of the house, water would come in and through the window moldings and ceiling. I was delighted when I found Bellevue Roofers. The owner responded to my call within 24 hours and came to take a look at what needed to be done within a couple of days. As he talked about the job, it was clear that he knew what he was doing and I immediately felt a confidence that I don't always feel when I need to hire someone to make a major repair. He was able to schedule the work within a few weeks according to my schedule. Two very able men tackled the job which was quite challenging as the only way to access the area that needed replacement was to hang over the edge of the roof. They took off the old wood that was indeed so rotten that it broke into pieces (making it easy to haul away) and replaced it with a new wooden soffit and then capped it all with brown aluminum. They were great to work with (punctual, professional and courteous, and didn't fall off the roof which was a great relief). I now can rest knowing that I don't have to think about that repair ever again. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend The Detroit Roofing Company - a highly professional and easy business to work with.

It was really a great painting service experience for me and my husband. We moved in a new house and looked for good painting company. It is very important part of organizing house, cause the first we see is a color and outward appearance. They painted the exterior on our house. Beautiful, dependable and quality work. I cannot recommend The Detroit Roofing Company more highly! We had significant cracks in one of our exposed basement walls and have seen evidence of settling in our upstairs so we were concerned we had significant foundation issues. The owner came out quickly and easily identified the problems and was able to have a frank conversation about our needs and options. Originally we had contracted them for just part of the work we needed (the other part was non-urgent), but we're so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the team that came out to do that work that we immediately called back and contracted them for the rest. I am so happy with the finished product and was grateful for the their speed, integrity and communication throughout. If we we ever have similar project needs again, this company will be my only call.

I recently purchased a home here in Michigan and needed someone to help me 'really' check my roof. I was amazed that someone actually showed up and listened to me and inspected all of my tile roof, and an honest person showed up, didn't take advantage of a single mom and fixed my gutter...I asked him for required maintenance of tile roofs and he explained the importance of keeping trees clear of a roofline, and just common sense really. I can't thank the crew for coming out and taking the time to calm my fears and offered me assurances that I am quite fine roof wise...and gutters. Well done!!!

They were very responsive in the estimation/sales process and good on explaining the type of metal roof that were available. Very competitive price and the workers were very hard working and professional. They demolished the roof and applied a waterproof underlayment in a little over one day and a few weeks later (given some rain delay) were back to install the standing seam metal roof in just a little over one day. The roof looks great and is amazingly cool, on a 90 degree day in August, the temperature of the sunlit roof was just 95 degrees!

The Detroit Roofing Company is a great company to work with. I called the office on Monday for a quote to replace our old leaking air conditioning unit. The phone was answered quickly. I was directed to a service representative who connected me to technicians working nearby. They came by and gave me an estimate and our new system is up and running Thursday afternoon. They arrived promptly. They worked very efficiently and quickly. They were very helpful in explaining our new system. It was a very positive experience. Definitely would recommend them.

They fixed our our house in the Cove after a strong wind and were very fast, professional and took pictures of everything for our insurance company. With so many scams out there now, so glad this company was able to help us without trying to talk directly with our insurance company and get extra money out of people. Hope this helps.
