Bank's Vacuum SuperStores Formerly United Good Housekeeper Stores

I went in to get a part for my vacuum after being told at another shop part was obsolete. A gentleman named Richard helped me not only did he get the part he installed it for me did a check of my vacuum and Polished it! He told me my vacuum was still in pretty good shape but when I'm in the market for a new one come to see him. I will absolutely be back and I'm going to tell all my neighbor he was the most honest sales person I've ever dealt with. My compliments to whoever hired this gem!

I received a call back the next day informing me about the status about my vacuum, even though it was promised in store, still remained as a shock to me that they would carry out on their promise. Definitely a two thumbs up rating for me!!

Went in to get a look at my Dirt devil. They were good with efficiency and took good care with me. Not your average salesman, seemed like they actually cared about my needs as a customer.
