Reply to your scam...you brought your in a 2007 trailblazer for repairs under your warrant...your warranty company wanted to inspect your failures due to the dollar amount involved, your truck was inspected and a report sent to warranty, but someone "drove your truck" from its parked spot...Ther is absolutely no way for a 2007 trailblazer to be stolen without keys unless it is towed off...Detroit required the owner of the vehicle to file report, we sent someone to make a statement on the report you filed...what you were refused were the keys and you were told that you could view the camera...your warranty claim had to be canceled which the shop would have made money from, far more than what a stolen truck could possibly have been sold for. Your financing was through Credit Acceptance and they also use this tactic to repossess cars, I know this because we install the units that track there cars...if the unit was not active the call to the warranty which is owned by them would have told them where the truck was

SCAM ALERT! The day before I was to pick my vehicle up for repairs...they conveniently decided to park my car on the street. Guess what? Someone STOLE my truck!!! The shop claimed they captured the incident on video. When I went to the shop, they would not allow me to view the video. They even had the audacity to claim that I came and stole my own truck from them. They did not even have the professionalism to file a police report until I demanded a report number. Be on the alert when doing business at this shop. They are not honest and straightforward as they should be. Steer clear if you can - it will save you a great deal of heartache in the end.

What a scam. They are thieves. I had a rebuilt transmission installed 2.5 years ago. Within a few days the transmission failed. They installed a second rebuilt transmission & I was without a car for two weeks. I brought the same vehicle there recently (Feb-2015) for an issue with the vehicle stalling at idle. They informed me it was the transmission again! They installed a third rebuilt transmission and guess what? Yes, that failed too. They installed a forth rebuilt transmission and I was without a car for two weeks. Worse yet, they didn't fix the problem. I eventually fixed the problem myself, it was a ignition coil. They "loaned" me a car that had expired tabs. They also told me that I would get a credit for the total I paid them towards future work. When I picked up the vehicle they said there was nothing they could do. They are thieves. I will never use them again or have my company use them. Be aware..... you will be the next scammed person.

This auto shop is worth every penny i got. Which isnt a lot considering the prices are so reasonable. Ive never had a problem and the service is great. The owner,

Moe is very knowledgable and educated about cars. And lets not forget about the nice waiting room. I wish i could just stay in there longer but i cant bc how fast they be. I highly recommend this auto shop. Best place to fix your car in Detroit. That be a promise im tellin you

This business deserves a star rating of 5 out of 5. I took my cadillac coup in last week because my brakes were actin up. At first I was scared to take it there because it was a brand new car...but then I saw the waiting room and I was BLOWN AWAY!!! It was lookin like a lawyers office. Thats when i knew that I was in the right place. I spoke to the owner, Moe and he was very professional and knew what he was talking bout. He offered me a loan car until my car was done but i decided to wait in the waiting room until it was done, which didn't take a long time. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The only thing that I can say it make sure you know something about cars before you go to this shop. I had to take my car back 4 times to get the samething.(Wheel bearings) within a two weeks period. I also got a major tune-up and its wasnt done right I had another mechanic look at it and he showed me everything that was done wrong. I dont recommend you take your car here for anything!!! not even brakes!! not to mention the service was terrible and the waiting area was nasty!! and your are going to come out of some major $$$$$. 4 terrible experiences. DONT GO HERE PLEASE!!! look other places.

this company is very professional and curtious on top of that the prices are very reasonable they also get the job done fast when they r done they will also show u your own parts that was bad... i give them a five star rating i have a 2002 buick rendevouz and a 1987 chevy caprice which the have worked on both cars i wouldn't go anywhere else...
