I had a great experience here. I got the 10off coupon from yelp and dropped off a suit for alterations. This being the first suit I ever had altered I didn't know what to expect.

I needed the bottom of the jacket hemmed, the pants hemmed, the sleeves shortened, and the sides takes in. The woman spent very much time with me and gave me suggestions on what might look the best for my body type. She was helpful and kind. After the suit was finished I tried it on and nothing needed to be fixed. It was measured, pinned, and worked on great and looks great. Thanks!

This cleaner is one of the worst in the state, I have had two bad experiences using there service and for the first bad experience I blew it off, but when my second experience happened I had to complain with no response from the cleaners. I have gone to several cleaners in the state of Louisiana as my work takes me to several locations within the State of Louisiana.

My first was with my pants, I work in a tuxedo and it is important that I look professional in my job. My tux cost me allot of money and when I sent it to them they double creased my pants when pressing. Of course I blew this off and went back several weeks later.

Only to have them press A BRAND NEW tuxedo shirt. when I got it back I noticed that there were some kind of grease stains from what looked like machine marks on the front, when I showed the management the problem they said they would clean and get it out, of course I doubted that but gave it to them to remove the marks they put on the tux. When I returned to pick it up of course the stains were not removed and they refused any refund for the original cleaning and refused to replace the shirt that was Brand NEW that they ruined. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau and was not surprised they had several complaints and were rated a F (no surprise there) I also the National Cleaners Association. I am awaiting there progress for my new shirt or a refund.
