        Studio Blue is a great Pilates venue. I have been doing Pilates for 7 years(3 + years with Studio Blue). I am a golfer and Laura Foster is an expert in helping me enhance my game by maintaining my flexibility. She is a certified Gyrotonic instructor. Through the Gyrotonic method and her expertise, she has done wonders for me. I highly recommend her and the facilities at Studio Blue. Fred Fenn
