Walmart Auto Care Centers

Went to the vision center for glasses for my 18 year old son. When someone finally waited on us (there was only 1 other person) we were asked the last name and then his first name. When I responded that it could be under David or Robert she acted annoyed and rolled her eyes. She asked how old he was and when I said he was 18 she said he need the polycarbonate lenses for $49+ and I said no and she said "What!" I said I wanted normal lenses that she would offer me. She said that would be $110+. When I called the Indianola store, they said normal lenses were $29. Rude and trying to rip us off!! DON'T GET GLASSES HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to find the number to the photography studio at the location on SE 14th, but it isn't on the website or on this site, so I called the main number, and after about 12 rings, a woman answered customer service and when I asked her what time the photography studio opens, she said "I don't know" and then I asked for the direct number and again, she just didn't know. I DO NOT call that customer service. She was 100% unqualified for a service job. After probing, she asked someone around her, didn't place me on hold, and the woman in the background said "I don't know, she'll just have to look online I guess". TERRIBLE SERVICE at this store. Don't waste your time calling it. I'm calling back now to talk to a manager.
