Was told by all dealerships in Des Moines to call a tow truck and they would get to it when the could for a replacement key. Called Security Locksmith and now have two working keys again for less than I would have paid for the tow. Wonderful Customer Service. Thanks again, I would recommend this business to everyone!

Called security locksmith to unlock my house door they made a mass, I had to call a different locksmith to undo the damage and fix my door... Not sure what happen but it was really unprofessional.

Our house was broken into so we needed better lock installed. Security locksmith came out andi installed a deadbolt and reeked another lock. The technician was very professional and cleaned up after himself. The best part is that they were 1/2 the cost of other locksmiths. They were professional, courteous, and right on time. To future customers, Sharon at Security Locks runs a quality ship. I needed a new lock cylinder for a 2002 Durango, and a new programmed key. Sharon was busy, but knew exactly what was required. Then Bob, who came directly from another job, was quick to install the cylinder in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Sharon for your service and getting me on the road before work!

Lost keys to truck. Appointment was made for 45 minutes later. Aaron was there in 30 minutes. Knew exactly what he needed to do, and went over and above to help get us back on the road. Ive been taken before with young folks being sent out to open a locked car door with the keys in and had to pay 30% higher for less work than what Security went thru here. I am very pleased and would suggest to everyone to call Aaron at Security to help out. Security has won my on going business.

We messed up a self- repair job on our front door. Security Locksmiths was there on time, did a beautiful job, and came in significantly under quote and only charged for one hour of labor. Even our cranky old dog liked Aaron. I have them programed into my phone for all future needs.

They were here when they said they would be, infact they were early, and had everything done so quickly and left no messes behind. I would certainly call them again if the need arises.
