Pizza Hut

This is the nastiest Pizza Hut ever if I were you I would go to a different one. The manager Wayne is worthless on customer service and I feel the store was getting better then they brought him over and it's went down hill! Just stay away!

AWEFUL!!! I ordered pizza at 11:36 for my office - 7 pizzas. Not an outrageous amount. The bill was $80.50. The estimated time of arrival 12:47, which I thought was fine. The pizza came at 1:25 pm - over a half hour late. All of my office mates were STARVING and the pizza was COLD and CLAMMY at best. I can't even call them to complain because they don't answer their phone. If it rings too long, it goes to a call center who-knows-where but definitely out-of-state and they can't help you. They wouldn't even email the store manager to call me. NEVER order pizza from this store. I live in Winterset and the Pizza Hut there is wonderful. The one at 1600 Euclid Ave in Des Moines is AWEFULLLLLLL! If my people weren't starving to death, I would have sent it back.

GARBAGE....only word that describes this location and everybody that works there... show up 5 minutes before my order is to be ready, tell it's about to come out of the over....25 minutes later they try to give me my order which has been sitting in the warmer for 20 min. while I had been waiting for it in the lobby

I'll never order from here again the pizza was cold and wasn't cooked fully, and to top it off the manager says upon hearing my complaint well what do you want me to do about it. They need to work on their customer service skills.
