Old Main Apartments

I had two different managers while living here. One was quiet, polite and relatively prompt. The second was unorganized, occasionally rude, and slow to respond to problems. I had a leak in my ceiling in my bathroom that I had to contact management about. They were fairly prompt in responding, but they never cleaned the mess they made. The leak was cause by a whole in a pipe in the above apartment. They patched the whole and poked holes in my ceiling to drain the water but they never came back to fix the holes or check for mold in the ceiling. I actually had to remind them twice and ended up having my lease end before they ended fixing it.

Also when I gave notice of my leaving, they failed to note it properly and tried to blame me for them booking the apartment before I vacated.

Finally since it is near a college campus, it is convenient for college students (like myself) to live in but it also meant party in apartments around you. If there was a noise ordinance, it was never enforced.

I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.
