Better Business Bureau

After receiving a TOMTOM GPS system and attempting to use it, it will not work. Even just using it in town here. I called and talked to the manager of the 2000 West Broadway store, was informed I was "Screwed" because I didn't have a receipt. I informed him that it was a gift hence no receipt. He was very rude and said there was nothing he would do. I feel this is bad business practice, 1) not standing behind their product and 2) the attitude he had with the public. All I was requesting was my money back so I could upgrade to a higher brand of a GPS system.
