        Overall

        Ok so here's the difference between Tops and any other store that gives a crap about customer service.

        In the past two weeks I have made the gross error of asking an employee to help me to locate a product in the store,

        Not my department. And they turn and walk. Hmmm. Maybe they should be at the department of labor, looking for another job. It seems that training employees about customer service has been missed in welcome training.

        Worst Tops ever. Crappy produce. Worse than Jubilee. Decades behind Wegmans with higher prices. If it wasn't literally on the street next to my home I would never go there. Management must not care about the store and it shows!!!!
