        Diane V from the office is rud...

        Diane V from the office is rude in her emails. Very slow to respond via phone or email. Workers do not check in or out with you, left the job incomplete without telling anybody. When I emailed the office to check on status, I was told to "Get up and go around and look and I'd see it was done". Definitely NOT the way to get more customers!
