This shop stinks, they do not stand behind their shoddy work. Slow slow response time on every little thing, billing was very inaccurate.

We also are sorry if you were not happy with your bill, that is not something we get to determine it comes from the estimate provided by your insurance. Again we are sorry you were not happy,if there is something we can do please let us know. We aim to take care of our clients and work hard at it, that is the reason we have A+ rating with BBB of Wichita. Again if we can do something please let us know.
The work that this place did was awful. My insurance company recommended them and I regret ever using them. My vehicles were dirty when I picked them up, the work they had done was poor, I had to bring back one of my vehicles TWICE to have them fix what they hadn't in the first place. The excuse I got was "We are humans, we have been pushing a lot of vehicles through here we are bound to make mistakes" - How about hose of us that have jobs that people die when you make mistakes, do we give the same excuse? No. Auto Masters is a joke!

Paige, I am so sorry that you were unhappy with your vehicles. We do personally hand wash, vacuum and clean every vehicle that comes out of our shop. I don't know how we missed yours but we are terribly sorry and embarrassed if that is the case. One of things that people always comment on is how clean and new their cars look! And unfortunately we are human, and mistakes do happen, not often but they do. We hope that someday if the need ever arrives that you will give us a chance to prove that we truly do care about each person that comes through our doors.
They did a great job on my truck, finished when they said they would and were very nice about a loaner car. They also did a very nice buff job on my other car for some scratches that was great. I highly recommend.

We know not everyone is going to have rental coverage, and it sucks to walk! We take pride in our handwash, buff and detail. So glad you were happy with the results.
