Ideal Engine & Mower Service

Just picked up my snowblower from Ideal today. The staff were polite, the work was done promptly and my machine now runs fine. The price was reasonable. This is exactly what I expect from a service provider; good work/no drama. I couldn't be happier.

I went to Ideal Mower LLC in hopes of rectifying a electrical problem with my very very old Jacobson Tractor. The other two

shops I went to could not seem to find the problems. Aggervated with the diagnosis from the other shops I found Ideal Mower and decided to give this shop a chance. The most wonderful surprise was that if the owner could not fix it I only owed him the 25.00 diagnostic fee. The other shops attempted to fix and charged over 100.00. Although it took over 3 months for the tractor to be returned to me, the tractor was fixed correctly! It has now been 2 years and the Jacobson is running like a champ thanks to Ideal Mower.

Ideal Mower is a small shop ran by the mechanic owner and his wife. With very little employees it takes a while to get your power products back but it is worth the wait. The owner is very meticulous with his work and has an abundance of knowledge. I was sad to find out recently that Ideal Mower will no longer be in its location. The good news is Ideal Mower will still be around but by a mobile unit which will come to your home or site were you are working and repair. It is Ideal Mower on wheels and if you need a part you can place your order online with them. Good idea Ideal!!!!!!
