My daughter rented a limo online from Zoladz for a family celebration. She had a lot of problems trying to arrange things with other Buffalo companies. Zoladz was fantastic and very professional. The limo that we rented was clean, on time, and the driver CHAD was great! I would definitely recommend them and we will definitely rent from them again.
Used Zolaz TWICE.
Once-for my birthday...it was PERFECT. The limo waited for us downtown while we partied the night away! And even went through a drive-thru at the end of the night!
Second time-TERRIBLE. It was for New Years Eve and a group of 16..The start was fine, once we got dropped off however, APPARENTLY the driver got sent to ANOTHER LOCATION. We were STRANDED downtown until 3am when he could FINALLY get back to us! Some people in the group wanted to leave after midnight and almost half of the group had to call for rides to get home because they no longer wanted to wait!!!!
We were given our money back. HOWEVER the group that came IN TO OUR LIMO STOLE THE ACLOHOL in it. Purses, and jackets were left out--NOT GOOD.
However, the driver felt terrible...we were given our money back for the limo, but not for the stolen alcohol. The limo was clean and nice both times...but JUST a warning!

I wish I could click zero stars. For the amount of money we spent on this limousine we expected 5 star service...or even 4 or 3 or 2 stars. Zoadz showed up with a limo bus that was ill equipped despite paying $1300.00. The limo bus' air conditioning and electronics failed. We could not even open the windows and it was in the mid-90s outside. Three people, including the groom suffered heat stroke. The wedding was ruined because of ZOLADZ who couldn't even send back up limos. They have not issued a refund and hang up the phone on us when we call. Zoladz is a despicable and unprofessional business. Avoid Zoladz like the plague!
Just not a pleasant company. Even the owner couldn't apologize for thee way the driver acted. Not recommended.
