Kingswood Apartments

I have lived at Kingswood Apartments for 7 years now and with this being my final month in Buffalo, I wanted to leave my review. For the price, you just cannot beat it! Location is great and having utilities included is a nice on the budget. I have enjoyed my time here and even when there was one incident with an unpleasant neighbor, management handled it fairly. Two thumbs up!

constantly harassed by opium addicted manager with unproven claims of pot smoking. Mark is a total liar. Had me move into a unit that needed repair. Promised to make repairs in a week. 8 months later still no attempt at any repairs. once I just needed a 25 cent washer for toilet line. I had to turn the water off at the main. a month went by and when I went out of town the whole apartment flooded due to a cracked washer at the main. you will notice if he did any work it looks like a 10 year old did it for the first time, example crooked toilet. can't close dishwasher due to counter top is too low and sawed a 3 foot hole in my living room wall and never repaired it, as far as outside maintenance it is totally unsafe in the winter you find 3 foot icicles falling over the icy entry way. 3 floors NO GUTTERS , PARKING LOT IS A ICE SKATING RINK ALL WINTER. Finally Mark uses NO COMMON SENSE WHEN DEALING WITH RUDE LOUD TENANTS. HE SAYS KIDS ARE KING. THEY ARE ALOUD TO LOOK IN YOUR WINDOWS. LAY ACROSS ENTRY WAYS. BOUNCE BALLS ANYHERE THE WANT. BASICALLY BE AS RUDE AS THE WANT. Mark does nothing but calls the cops on you if you complain and will not let you out of your lease. THIS HAS BEEN A TOTAL NIGHTMARE.
