1.3 Negligence (Diligently Representing the Client). Let the Case be Stale

1.6 Confidentiality Allowing Mr. Loren J. Randall to reach out about the case without proper disclosure of Mr. Van Der Jagt wanting to withdraw. Causing me to get upset.

May 1, 2017 Loren J. Randall wrote in an email… “I believe you are still representing Brian. I believe you had talked about withdrawing at this point but I don’t believe the court has issued an order in this regard yet. How should we proceed with this? Maybe authorize me to speak directly with Brian regarding taxes and the sale of the home?”

On 2-21-2017 meeting there was a box of records which Culver had seen. Tracey sent a file which was 588KB and I stated this was too small for my records in a email.

A total of 13 pages.

Not until Mr. Van Der Jagt fails to write a MOA agreement because well, there's $5000 dollars left over, I would hate to you know give back when the opposing Attorney and I can take money and play games. Culver and associates are possibly a different breed. Culver takes a lousy situation and makes it a good one... wasn't roses because I would have loved to have torched her legally. But it was the best way to end the bloodletting and actually come out ahead. Class and quality are a limited resource in the legal field. Not with these folks!

A more diligent and trustworthy lawyer, I could not have asked for. Megan Kahn was amazing. I have just completed a highly contested case that the opposing council kept trying to delay. After false promises from opposing council of mediation and settlement negotiations, Megan wisely advised me that we’d need to proceed to trial. With the health of my son, and the future of my parenting involvement with him at stake, Megan focused my energy on obtaining positive results from our trial. She expertly advised me on tasks that kept me on schedule and strengthened our position. Aware of the benefits and risks, we headed to trial.



Her calm courtroom demeanour is quickly apparent. She was intimately familiar with the case and never asked a question without knowing the reply, or the result of the question.
