Great experience at Urban Lights in Denver! They have an impressive selection of lighting fixtures and the staff was super helpful. Found exactly what I needed without any hassle. The showroom is well laid-out, making it easy and enjoyable to browse. Highly recommend!

Horrific customer service. Shop Lamps Plus or Big Box where reruns or exchanges are handled with a smile. I will never waste my time at this store again.

Wow, what to say...great showroom, lousy service all around. Find something you like, not in stock. Lead times range from 6-8 weeks, but in reality more like 10 weeks.Prices are relatively higher than those same items found on the internet, or the big box stores, in some cases 2x higher. Family run for more than 20 years, now a sale out to corporate greed. Hard to see such a great company, go bad. Better off going to your local Lowe's , or Home Depot if your a builder/ contractor.
