        Every month, I deal with the customer service rep at Smoker Friendly located at 2120 S. Broadway Unit A Denver CO 80210. I usually always purchase a box (25 of zig zag wraps(grape). They always cost $1.00 a pack which totals about $26.64. But on 11/4/2014...at 1:37pm....I purchased the same item, but this other customer service rep has decided to bill me a total of $28.25....and billed me $1.05 a pack. She didn't explain to me what was the extra charge for ...I'm guessing for her to pocket the money...THIEF..NEVER AGAIN!!!
