Rocky Mountain OB-GYN

I have to say I love my Doctor first off. I have had several issues from cyst removals to pre cancer cells on my cervix. Dr Fennimore has been there for me thought it all. Recently the practice has replaced all of the support staff from the front desk to nurses. I am not very impresses or happy with this change. Dr Fennimore nurse Nikki is the rudest most unprofessional person you could ever imagine meeting at an OBGYN. She does not let you talk to tell her whats going on nor does she have the answers or know how to help you. Her answer always is well i don't know i will see if the doctor to call you. So why would she talk to you in the first place. I am so unhappy with the way I have been disrespected I am tempted to changes OB's even though I love love love my doctor. The fact of the matter is you have to be comfortable with all of the ob practice not just the doctor. Nikki is cold and every thing is an inconvenience for her. After a procedure i had to call 3 times over the cores of a morning to get anyone to call me back. I also had to talk to the office manager at the Rose location. After talking to her I can see why the front desk and support staff are so rude unprofessional uncaring unsympathetic not understand and frankly don't care about anything then making money. She did not listen and even told me she was going to make comments in my file that because I did not like the conditions she was imposing on my that I was refusing to come in for a check up. Mind you I was having this conversation with Nikkie and the office manger when i was in so much pain I could not even stand up on my own from a cervical scrapping. It took 5 hours of pain and phone calls to make it past the incompetent staff to get to a doctor (who was not mine) who could even remotely help. My advise to any woman looking at this practice love your doctor have thick skin and be willing to be abused by the support staff or don't bother setting up an appointment. To be honest I don't know how much more I can take before I find a new doctor.

I have gone to this practice for several years now. Each time I find a doctor I like, she moves. Dr. Walker was awesome but now even the practice cannot seem to tell me where she has gone. They refuse to refill a prescription filled by her and when asked, they told me they would and did not. It took nearly three weeks to get a call back about the status of this prescription and each time I would call, I was redirected to someone else where they would take a message. Office staff is incredibly rude, especially the primary ultrasound tech. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. There must be some reason why the good doctors are leaving this practice.

Fabulous experience! Dr. Jacobson is my primary Ob-Gyn, but all the Dr's were fantastic! I was diagnosed early on with pre-eclampsia/high blood pressure and the level of care that Dr. Jacobson and the Rocky Mountain Ob-Gyn team took to keep myself and our baby healthy was phenomenal! Despite the 4 week early arrival, our baby went right to healthy baby nursery and we have a healthy baby here at home! I couldn't imagine better care and/or a better practice!
