        Thank you for your feedback. We pride ourselves on our excellent communication skills here at the Primrose School at Stapleton. While this particular conversation occurred in July 2015, we appreciate your input and have addressed this issue with all the parties involved including this reviewer. We have retrained those staff members who answer our phones on a daily basis and feel confident if this reviewer called again she would be happy with the conversation and information she would receive.
