On Demand Transportation

On Demand Transport is the worst limousine company I have worked with in Colorado. There were 13 of us riding in the limo on our way home from down town. The driver accepted over $60 in cash tips for the ride home which was a $170 dollar charge. Several months later a $31 dollar charge showed up on my Credit Card Statement, when I spoke with the company they stated that it was for Tip because the driver did not receive a tip. I informed him that he did and they simply stated well he says he did not and the 31 dollars is automatically charged as tip when the driver does not receive one. I then was put on with the driver who stated that he did not remember driving us home as it had been over a month, but he was still entirely sure he did not get tipped.

This comapny is a bait and switch operation!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! We had reserved a black Hummer limo for a special event more than a month in advance. They advised us to go to the lot to hand pick our limo for the eveing. After spending nearly 40 minutes looking at the limos (all were available for our date), we picked the one that we wanted, a black H2 limo. When it arrived to pick us up on our event night, it was not at all what we had booked. Instead, they had sent a silver ford... nothing like what we had booked. That night we arrived at our first stop downtown and parked right across the street from us was the limo I had booked. I had confirmed with our driver that this one did belong to this comany so clearly there was nothing wrong with the vehicle I had booked. I tried to call to complain, several times, and after a week a moanger never even bothered to call me back. I was so livid. They also charged an additional cleaning fee of $100 because we got some cupcake frosting on the carpet floor. This company is joke! I would advise you to spend your money elsewhere!!!!! They had no reason or excuse for switching the vehicle that i had booked. At first they tried to tell me it must have been mechanical issues, until they found out that I saw it out downtown of course. Over a month later and I am still waiting for that call from the manager. What a horrible experience!

We rented a limo from them for our wedding to take us from our venue to our hotel in downtown denver. They showed up almost 45 minutes late. We were supposed to have champagne, a just married sign and red carpet. We did not get any of that! The limo was not the limo we ordered! The seats were ripped! The door seals were dangling and hanging on the inside of the limo. Tacky!!! We stayed at the brown palace, so a pretty classy place and our driver followed us in because he needed a pen for us to sign paper work....he borrowed the pen the asked if he could keep it because it was so nice...pretty lame. I asked him to please make a note that we did not get our wedding package we paid for, he told me to send an email and they would credit me my money back.



I never got my money back! I called, left messages everything and nothing happened. This was my husbands first time in a limo and our wedding night and they ruined this experience for us!!!
