It's been a pleasure working with Listen Up while experiencing issues with the Marantz receiver I bought there last year. There was a minor manufacturing defect with my headphones which most people probably wouldn't have been able to hear. Even if they could, it would have been considered insignificant. With one phone call, my salesman stepped up and exchanged the item without hesitation, and without even having heard the problem. He then worked with his team, who went out of their way to accommodate me through the exchange so I wouldn't have to send my headphones in and be without while waiting for a replacement. Smooth, red carpet service all the way! I felt they had an appreciation for, and knew how to cater to a critical audiophile clientele. And I never even stepped foot into a store; my entire purchase and exchange was all done by phone and email. Imagine the service I would have received had I come into the showroom! Impressive!
