Garbageman Centennial

Garbageman was bad enough. American Disposal, the company that bought them out, is just as bad and worse. They insist on us having your trash out by 6am but they don't show up until after 3pm or some weeks, never. Two weeks in a row they missed our pickup. Both times we complained. They called me about my complaint then hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. Clearly, they do not care and seem to live off those that are not as concerned. It is as if they simply changed the name and kept the poor customer service. Too bad we can't rate a zero.

Worst trash company ever! When I first started with them they were great, the guys knew my name, always here on time... in the last 6 months they've gone to not even coming to pick up the trash for weeks or only picking up 1/2 the trash! Not sending invoices, demanding late payments. On top of that...then they request payments for the weeks that they never showed up!

The customer service tells you that the pick up guys are coming - who never show up!!! Are you kidding me???!!?!??! WTF! So glad I cancelled service.

Worst company ever! They said I should receive my trash bins in a week. It took over a month to arrive. When the trash bins finally arrived they accidentally gave two sets. They told me to leave the extra set outside and they would pick it up within a week. Over a month later they finally removed the extra bins. This delay was not OK since I live in an HOA and can not leave trash bins outside for long periods of time. On trash day the week after they finally took the extra set of bins, they decided to randomly take the bin I was supposed to keep. I've called countless times throughout this whole nightmare. Worst customer service. They always say they will research and call me back but they never call me back. I canceled service with them and they never gave me the refund for services I never received.
