        Arthur was raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (his apologies for the whole 2006 AFC Championship Game are hereby extended). He was a National Merit Scholarship award winner. He attended the Pennsylvania State University and Robert Morris University, graduating in 1994. He attended law school at the University Of Denver from 1995 through 1998, graduating in the Spring of 1998. While there he was honored to be appointed as one of the editors of the University of Denver Water Law Review. He was admitted to the Colorado bar in October, 1998, and has been in private practice ever since. His private practice has been focused on litigation, where he has had significant experience in both Trials to the Court and Jury Trials.         The lawyer you want on your side!

        I have been client of Michael's for the last 18 months. He has been working on a custody and child support issue for me. Michael is the hardest working lawyer that I have ever seen! He knows the system better than any lawyer I have ever seen. If you feel you have a situation that needs to be resolved, talk to Michael.
