        Hello Everyone! My name is Robbie O'Brien. Well, first off I am a Colorado Native and was born in Denver, Colorado. I began my construction career after graduating from CSU – Fort Collins with a B.S. in construction management in 2007. I am also getting my Masters in Management from CSU and will be all done in summer 2013! In 2007, I began working as a field engineer for the 5th largest construction company in the world. Over the past 5 years I have been on projects around the country, approaching a billion dollars in contract value. Concurrently, my business Construction Specialties has completed hundreds of residential roofs over the past five years. But, as of April 1st 2012 I decided to take the leap from my corporate career to pursue my dreams as an entrepreneur. This is why I believe my previous experience along with the highest quality asphalt roofing projects in the industry; will build a final product that exceeds our client’s expectations.         Overall

        Disrespectful, unprofessional, job is still not completed in the 6 months we have been working w them.

        We hired CSL for an add on to the kitchen- expanding 200 ft and remodeling the whole thing. Started out just fine. Then they hired poor workers that set the whole job back because others needed to come in and fix their mistakes. Throughout this- we lost all contact with Rob and Nick- no returned phone calls or emails for 5 or so days while they were 'figuring it out'; but with no call to us to let us know what was going on. Everything went downhill from there. We have been through 3 sets of workers because they either do not do the job right and someone else has to come clean it up, or they are not getting paid from CSL and quit. The people who did our tile, the people who did our countertops and the last workers on the job have all come knocking on our door because Rob had not paid them and they are threatening to sue US. This is how they run their business. I have an exchange of emails between the both of us and it shows the lack of respect and professionalism. It's too big to post on here but I am willing to share with whoever wants to read
