They continue to be the worst excuse for a management service I ve yet experienced in my several decades on this planet. When a plumbing issue arises, (shut off valve outside not fully shutting off), they plumbing company they called has been extremely slow to respond. As well, CMS often makes a client do all the legwork as for following up with vendors, and then complains that the client shouldn t go directly to the vendors. The worst management company I ve had to deal with. Too bad I can t sell my townhouse in this crap economy and be rid of this mandated fool excuse for a management company.
