Dental care was good. Billing practices very poor. I used this practice for 10 years and after a change in ownership started receiving bills and advice that my insurance company would not pay for services provided. I had no change in services provided, no change in insurance and no advice from the practice that I would be responsible for charges outside of my insurance policy. I went from $14 copays to $385 out of pocket. Be sure to get a detailed estimate before you have any work done here!!!!!!

I was greeted in a very friendly manner and taken into a room well before my scheduled appointment time. The hygienist was thorough, professional and friendly. She discovered a cavity which Dr. Lafonte took care of painlessly.

Dr. LaFonte and this staff are great. Several times they have gone above and beyond to correct some unfortunate dental problems I was having. I always feel comfortable here and would definitely recommend Alpha Dental.

As always, my experience with both the hygienist and the dentist were impeccable. The care is gentle, compassionate, and thorough. I have never gotten lectured nor have they ever tried selling me on additional procedures.
