I made a deal with Steve. He was to change the windshield and 2 tires on a truck to pass inspection. He said on 2/26/09 "I know I have to do that to get it to pass inspection." Even his assistant said that "I can see the wear bar on that tire." The next day, cashier's check in hand, I went to pick up the truck. He had not fixed windshield or tires and could not remember making the commitment. The truck had a new inspection sticker despite a crack extending all the way across the windshield from driver side to passenger side and one rear tire with 1/32" tread left and the other with 2/32" tread. What hedid may or may not be legal, but it was definitely unethical. STAY AWAY from this guy!
