Flower Garden

Flower Garden goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! After not finding a specific model/size of Birkenstock sandals online (due to a change in the online inventory), I called several Birkenstock distributors in the DFW area to no avail. Even though all other stores said that I was out of luck, the kind folks at Flower Garden ordered the sandals for me from the company! I wanted to pick up the sandals before departing on a vacation and they were very helpful in communicating with me over the phone about when the sandals were scheduled to arrive.

What a distaster!! I have never been so frustrated and disappointed with a business! I purchased my wedding flowers with them, and they didn't get one things right! We order flowers for our rehearsal, and they showed up late. The entire arrangements were wrong, some were specifically what I said I DID NOT WANT.

We used the rehearsal arrangements for our wedding, so the day of the wedding, I had to go up there to have it fixed. They "fixed" it, but they still weren't worth the money I paid for.

To make matters worse, I sent them a 4 page chart with exact descriptions of what I ordered. The owner said she never saw it! We discussed the chart I sent her several times.

The day of the wedding, she informed me all the flowers were special order, hence why my arrangements were smaller. NEVER did she tell me that! I would have changed my order.



I 've never seen such disorganization with a business before. I was at the shop Wednesday before the event on Friday and we pulled the vases we were using down and went over specific details again. The vases were not at our event, nor were any details we discussed.

I told her exactly what I wanted as my cake topper flowers... Instead I ended up with something else.



The best was my $100 "tall arrangement". We discussed using branches and big full flowers. The only thing tall about it were the three tall branches I brought in for her to mix with! The rest was baby's breath and small lilies.



I highly recommend you think twice before using this florist for your special event! They may make pretty arrangements, but they won't be what you ordered or paid for! And the disorganization and miscommunications were unbelievable! I felt completely ripped off!
