Community Pharmacy

I have been using community pharmacy for 13 years and i love them. I have never had an issue with them. I get all my scripts there, several compounded, as well as many supplements. I am there about twice a month so i am quite experienced with how they operate. That is why i find some of the negative comments posted here highly suspect. At worst, it was a misunderstanding on the reviewer's part. I always recommend them and given them very high accolades. Their gift shop is awesome too.

Thanks to old age and bad lifestyle choices when I was much younger, my monthly pharmacy bill is about $400, give or take. I have used Kroger Pharmacy on Teasley Lane since we moved to Denton 2 years ago. My main motivation for using them is I have always received good service in a timely manner, but a close second would be for every 2 prescriptions you have filled there you get a .10 cent a gallon discount on gas. Last week my pharmacy didn't have one of my medications and wouldn't be able to get it for a week. No problem, I took my prescription to Community Pharmacy. The woman who was working the window to my script and returned in about 5 minutes. She told me they had my medication and did I have any other prescriptions I wanted to transfer to their pharmacy. I said no, because I wanted to try them out before I transferred anything. The lady told me that they would fill my prescription THIS TIME, but no more. Not unless I transferred all my prescriptions to Community! A really good way to earn someone's business is to treat them with respect and courtesy. I refused to be held hostage, because I didn't transfer all my business to them. Good luck if you trade there!

Terrible rude staff. You shouldn't talk to anyone like they are ignorant. An each person you deal w seems to have a different protocol on the same subject. So your never quite sure.. will never be back . May be they just prefer the yuppies an not the country people. I should get the same service as the person in the suit in front of me.

This was the most pleasant doctor's office and pharmacy visit I have ever had in my life! Clean tidy appearance, every single person very nice and helpful, pharmacy staff took time with/for me, pharmacy carries pharmacy grade supplements ............ just can't say enough good things about the experience.

I have used Community Pharmacy for about ten years and all of their staff have been extremely kind and informative about the needs of my family as well as myself and would recomend Comunity Pharmacy for anyone who wants fair prices and seeks any information for any medication! They are truly the best by far!!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lobby area was very tidy and clean- has helpful information on prescriptions and health available also! Very much a 'community' feeling in this place!
