Classic Dodge Chrysler Jeep

My Chrysler 300M would not pass inspection because the Check Engine light was on. I take the car to Classic and $750 dollars later they replace several sensors and pass inspection. Three weeks later the Check Engine light comes back on. I take it back to Classic, they keep it for two days and they tell me 1) I need an engine rebuild...or 2) Rats ate my wires causing a short.... or 3) oil on the wires caused a short. Either way....they cannot cost effectively fix my car. Parts aren't readily available....my car has long term problems. They said they DID get the engine light off by shrink wrapping the exposed wires. On the way home....THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES BACK ON. When I call....they tell me my car has problems. I questioned the initial $750.00 to pass inspection......whether the sensor replacement was necessary......and....of course it was. I was going to buy a new car but they appraised my 2004 Chrysler 300M at $1200. The funny part is....two days later I get a call from their Sales Manager who wanted to offer me TOP DOLLAR for my car as a trade in. He sheepishly told me he wasn't aware after I told him his appraiser already offered me insulting bottom dollar for my car. On principle alone...after $750 dollars and not fixing my car ...PLUS offering $1200 for trade in - I traded it in for double what Classic Mazda offered me...and bought a new car.....Eckert Hyundai across the street got my business.





This dealership was a biiiiig disappointment.

My salesperson, was very courteous and helpful. I also have a Ford model of vehicle. He takes good care of all my vehicles and consistently reminds me of service updates. I appreciate him and his service. I would like to recommend him for a promotion or an award of some type. He has been a really good salesperson. I am completely satisfied with him and Classic Mazda Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

I came back to this dealership because bobby serviced my vehicle before and I was pleased with the results. Since my visit, my vehicle has been driving as though it was new.

I knew going in that we were a little upside down with our trade, but they gave us a great deal on the trade, along with the “Jerry Reynolds” price, as well as employee pricing through my company. Add it all up and we were able to make a deal with no pressure at all. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Classic, bought a F150 a few years ago. I visited Classic yesterday and everyone was very friendly and down to earth. We did not have to haggle on pricing and they got us all the rebates they could and we got a great deal on a Chrysler 200. I will recommend them to others who are looking to buy a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep.

I bought my Neon at a dealership out of state. After getting it serviced, I had what seemed like a laundry list of things that needed to be done to the car. I wanted a second opinion so I brought it to Classic Dodge and was quite pleased with the service. After checking to see what, if anything was necessary, they narrowed it down to the most important item. The rest was either not required or could wait for a while! It was very refreshing when you can completely let down your guard, knowing my car will be taken care of.

I had a once in a lifetime experience with your dealership. After multiple reoccurring problems I had with my truck that I bought from an out of state dealership, I brought it into you all. Allen Salyers sized up the situation as I braced myself for bad news. Allen came back to me and said not only had a quick repair been made, but it would be free because it was covered under my Dodge warrantee. These guys were helpful and best of all, honest. My experience here has to be a 10! When I came in this was my fourth car dealership I had came to and all the other dealerships didn't listen to what I wanted I told them I wanted a small car and they would show me a truck. When I came here to Classic Dodge they showed me the cars I was interested in and in the price range I can afford.
