        Horrible staff, very rude. Over kenneled animals, dogs allowed to bark for HOURS at a time without being checked on. Surrounding businesses and neighbors complain of the noise and smell.

        Used Velvet Touch Pet Spa at Christmas last year. They took excellent care of my 2 babies. They had a wonderful time and seemed to thoroughly enjoy their stay. Very nice people who seem to care about the animals they are caring for. I will definitely use them again.
