        Your company sucks!!! You send me bills with no idea what they are for. You say they are from 2013/2014. Lindsey from Deltona office OR anyone from corporate will NOT call me back. I have asked Lindsey to fax the info needed and she hasn't. She tried blaming her coworker for not doing it and I know that was a lie. I am trying to get the information to the insurance company but can't get a hold of anyone to get the info I need to get the insurance the info they need to pay the claims. I have been a long time client and this is how I am treated. Shame on you!!!!

        Horrible Experience, do not go here!

        User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Heather B 10/13/2010 Do not go to this office. I had the worst experience in my life at Deltona Coast Dental. I have never been in so much pain before simply receiving fillings. They did not complete the work and I am in pain now due to this. I am stuck with a temp crown because after they did the build up, suddenly I needed a root canal. Keep in mind they didn't look at the tooth to decide this, I told them the temp had been hurting and they just pulled that suggestion out of thin air and I also have incomplete filling that is causing me pain. The temp is on one side of my mouth, the filling the other, kind of difficult to eat when it hurts to chew...I had no pain prior to the work being done. They told me in 12 weeks that I "might" get a refund but cannot call to follow up, if I get one I will know. My insurance company was billed for full services and they did not contact the insurance company and advise otherwise. I am now having to find another
