Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is the best! Everyone there is so friendly and they go out of their way to make sure it I a great experience! Brandon, Emmanuel, and Zach were all extremely helpful. I have been to many chipotles but this one is my favorite because of the service.

It happened again! After staying away from your restaurant for months because of poor service, I began ordering online again. I placed an order today, and the order was supposed to be prepared by 12:00 p.m. When I arrived at the restaurant, the order had not been made. No one had begun to prepare the order. Not until I arrived. I feel that driving 5 miles to pick up food that was supposed to be ready by the time I arrived and having to wait in line for the food to be prepared is ridiculous. Why order online when I have to wait in line??? (Just voicing my complaint once again for this restaurant's failures)! Thanks!

I placed order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, no one knew about my order.



The cashier asked a few employees about my order, and one employee said, "Wait, I'm going to make it now." I stood at the register without being advised of any delay. I called the restaurant and spoke with the store manager. I explained to the manager what happened. I also explained that I usually order from here, but I had not ordered in over a month because of the service that I received during my last visit.



It is extremely dissatisfying to place an order for take out, and the order does not start being prepared until it is time to pick it up. The time taken to prepare and submit the order online is meaningless. I left this restaurant extremely dissatisfied.
