Izzy's Tires

These guys are amazing they really care about there customer safety!!! Also prices r really good! Go check them out ;)

I was told I was getting a particular set of tires in the front lobby (nexen), and instead they slapped another brand on (bridgestone) which had substantially more wear on them.



When I pulled into the driveway, my husband wanted to have a look at the tires, and noticed they were different than what was promised. He promptly called them on the phone, and called it out for what it was - bait and switch.



They got real nasty on the phone with him, and advise he go down there in person to say that to their face.I called the police to see what my recourse would be, and sadly - all I can really do is either see about handling it in a civil manner (which we already know isn't going to happen,) or contact the BBB, which I intend to do.



Apparently, this place has a reputation in which isn't reflected on their review pages, as a rough and tumble kind of place. In part however, I do feel it's my fault for not looking before I left. BUYER BEWARE as they say.



Personally, I think it's really sad that they'd take advantage of a woman with her kid there no less. Then again, Deland is an armpit anyways. That said, sure the price was fair for the tires they promised, but clearly not the ones they slapped on.

As a woman, I'm always hesitant going to new mechanic shops...This shop has gained my trust...They were very professional, took good care of my car and the prices were reasonable...I will definitly be back:)
