STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE ANY SERVICE THIS COMPANY OFFERS. I was a regular at the oil change shop for over 18 months. On my last visit there the trainee they had under the car stripped the threads on my oil pan by using a pneumatic gun. It cost me $1200.00 in parts and labor to fix the car, and when I approached the owner he refused to re-emburse me for any of the damages.

I have taken my vehicle here many times and have always been satisfied.

I would like to comment on these reviews... Number 1.. we don't sell nor have we ever advertised a oil change for 18.95.. Number2.. this is no longer a texico based oil company we are a Castrol oil provider with all new oil techs and mechanic. The guys brought in to revamp the lube shop are here to ensure that no longer will a customer ever be dissatisfied with our services in the lube tech area they are professionals that we sought out to bring life back to your basic mechanical need... Number 3. This place is now under new management and ownership and we have come here with the knowledge that some really raw deal stuff was going on here for some time under the management that was previously here... this place has been a place for families to come enjoy for over 12 years and we at Deland Auto Spa aim to bring that feeling of home back to our customers..... Don't go there!!!! My husband took my dark maroon van there just for a quick wash one day and that evening we noticed scratches all over!! They don't use new towels in between dry vehicles coming out of the car wash and the actually car wash part almost ripped off my rear wiper. My husband pulled in the outside mirrors so they wouldn't be affected and then when it came out of the car wash part the mirrors were pulled out.

When we called just to talk to the manager, they hung up on us!! My husband called back and the owner completely denied all responsibility. The customer service at this location is the pits. We will never use them again and will warn all our friends the danger of using them as well!!
