The agency will speak with you only after you have filled out an application via their website, however, if you are completing the application using a MAC you most likely will have some difficulties. The website does not direct you to complete the application first and a very curt woman wouldn't even talk when my husband showed up at their office. I called them after filling out their application and was told that they get 100s of applications sent to them over a weekend and they would get to us when they can. Sounds like they need to hire some of the people who are applying! I was also told that their process (i don't believe that they have one) is to do their testing via an email that they would be sending, and of course, I never got that email. I was also told that my husband was the 13th or 14th person on her list to call over the next couple of days, and no, he never heard from someone.



Their system is old, not maintained, their people are not very professional, and they are short-handed. I don't expect to ever hear from them and perhaps that is a good thing.
