Excel Electric responded promptly the morning after I called them. The owner was and is friendly, personable, and very experience in his trade, as was his associate who came out to install new smoke detectors. The installer meticulously checked the electrical connections on all six detectors, replaced them seamlessly within 40 minutes. We are so pleased. Today, two days later, I received a much appreciated follow up call from the owner. Please consider them if you need diagnosis or replacement. You will be satisfied.
