East Coast Embroidery

We had our team shirts done this year at East Coast Embroidery. Service, quality & price were fantastic. Will be using them again!

Our team went to this place to have shirts printed , we gave specifics of the shirt in an e-mail , when the shirts were ready , there was an error. They clearly could not understand an e-mail. The office refused to reprint the shirt even though it was their mistake . The owner was unprofessional , rude and refused to correct the error. Beware use another place if you want your shirts printed correctly because if there is an error they will not fix them .

The woman running this business is absolutely unprofessional. We called simply to inquire about a rush job. They requested a file from us. We sent a standard .eps file (which wasn't a problem for any other embroiderer)



We called back just to follow up on whether or not file was received an OK. We were told they would not be able to accommodate us and rudely HUNG UP.



We received another call saying that the file was corrupted. We let them know that we didn't need their services (which was already established by them, when they HUNG UP).



the woman went WILD! She began screaming at my assistant about us sending corrupted files. When transferred over to me she continued to demanding to know who "writes the checks" and started dropping F Bombs. This woman seems legitimately crazy.
