Famous Hair

They USED to have really good girls that loved their job. They'd strive to make sure u walked out feeling satisfied. A while ago I went in to get my hair done by my favorite girl & was told she was no longer there.I noticed the "original" girls were leaving & they were hiring new girls. I decided to go with the new girl that was compared to my favorite.I had to return 3x before my hair was done right,& in order for my hair to be done right the manager did it. I also noticed she had charged me more.I returned,having her do my hair again.Once again I was charged more & my hair looked a MESS,my roots looked untouched & I had cheetaha like spots in my hair.I called corp & the dist manager advised me to return & they would fix my hair & she'd look into my overcharge.I do like my hair now that the manager did it but instead of refunding me my overcharge they would only do a conditioning treatment.The plus side was that she didn't charge me for the haircut.I will NOT be returning.
