I used this company to travel to Punta Cana, Once I arrived there I didn't have reservation for the hotel I paid for a month in advance, my husband and I was in a foreign country with no where to stay. This company is open M-F with no emergency contact number so you are using them at your own risk. After an hour of waiting and trying to contact the agencies the manager at the hotel decided to help us by contacting another hotel which had rooms available, which we had to pay for. There actually more to the story. Just wanted to give you guys heads up do not ruin your vacation go with another company.
