Advance Auto Tech Inc

Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. After replacing a fuel pump, then a timing belt and alternator, I brought my car to advance auto tech to find out I needed a engine. Engine was ordered car was up and running in two days.

Will NEVER take my vehicle to Advance Auto Tech again. Even though the customer service (greetings, etc) is good, there were some mechanical errors. The mechanical errors could have led to an accident or sort of fatality.

These guys are awsome. Great service for a fraction of the price. I've finally found a mechanic shop that I can trust. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone.

Hey guys, I found this car repair shop that's great. I am going to school and don't have much money. So when I took my car to get emissions and it fell, I checked around profuciously for the best rates. All the other shops told me that my 2005 BMW needed a catalyst converter replaced and that the "cat" price alone would be over $1000? I was like WTF? Everybody's price to fix my car ranged between $600- $1500. I had given up and had even posted my car on Craigslist to sell. Then my girlfriends aunt told me about the exceptional customer service and pricing at this shop that's under new management. I didn't make a big deal about it but after having posted my car for 2 weeks and realizing that either no one is gonna buy my car when it's going to cost over $1000 to fix, or that if they do want to buy it, I would have to sell it for over $3000 below its worth.

As I've said, I'm going to school, so money IS an issue since I only make $8.75 an hour and trying to make ends meet. I realized that I would have to either fix my car and sell it to get ANY value, or continue to keep it. But then I would still need to get it fixed anyways because my birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks (no emissions no tags :( ) So I called my girlfriends aunt and got the name of the shop she raved about.

It turns out to be Advance Auto Tech Inc, go figure the Inc? But upon entering, I got a warm greeting by who I guess to be the manager? After telling him my em mission issue he surprisingly gave me several choices. I of course opted for the cheapest choice. Which turned out to only be like $160 with tax. I was super sceptical because I didn't have this option before with the shops I checked out.

I just got my emissions, and it passed with flying colors. Thanks Tony and Advance Auto...INC? ... still haven't figured the Inc out yet. But they were super nice and gave me such outstanding service that I felt a need to share. Check them out guys.
