        I've now used Joe's Roofing on 4 separate rental houses. His quote was lower than the others I got, and in all cases they completed the job in 1 or 2 days exactly as scheduled. The work was done professionally, communicated about unquoted problems that were found, cleaned the job site and just did everything right.

        They put my roof on 12 years ago. I called them and she said Joe would be out in a few days. Waited for 2 weeks. I called at least 4 more times. Still haven't heard from them. Called another company this morning and they came and replaced shingles all in one day!!!
