I had no cold air coming out of my ac unit at 7pm. I called several reputable 24 hour a/c companies and no one could come out the same evening and fix my problem. (even the big guy such a DelAir)



My last call was to Hoffman heating and air. Mr Hoffman ensured me that he would come out and diagnose my problem. He arrived at 9pm on time and within 30-40 he had my ac system recharged and blowing cold air. His price for an emergency-after hours service call was VERY reasonable and i would definitely recommend him to my friends and family! Thank you for your prompt service!

The A/C Tech i dealt with was Garret. Knowledge person and had the best recommendation for me being a new home owner. Had an issue with my ac not cooling well. came out same day and on time when he said "I'll be there at 2 pm". The service was great! Checked for the issue and, in my case, found the issue promptly. Fixed the issue and made some excellent recommendation for my unit for the coming future. Hoffman Heating and Air was the best first choice. Will continue my business.

Garrett is very professional and honest. He told me what the problem was, and the possible solutions. Supplied really good information about my system and other new systems in the market. I would definitely recommend Hoffman Heating and Air Inc to anyone!

I called in the afternoon to set up a time to get a quote on some work. The gentleman that answered the phone said he had time after 2:30pm so an appointment was set between 3:30 and 4:00pm. I rearranged my schedule so we could meet and drove 22 miles back to my house for the appointment time. He did not show by 4pm so I called him. He said he was 20 mins. out like it was no big deal. I had to be back where I just came from (22 miles away) by 5pm. He thought I would be OK with setting up a new appointment time. However, when your website says they make appointments on time and then just not show up, I'm sorry but I'm finding someone else.

my ac broke down this morning and i was given hoffman heating and air number. he come out the same and put a new fan motor in my ace. very polite gentleman, and very proffesional. he replaced the part the same day, and did not charge a arm and a leg. he was very reasonalbe prices. i will use him for all of my work and ac and heat

I was so worried when my air unit started making a weird noise and the outside fan stopped running. But a call to Hoffman and a quick service call later-my air is blowing frosty air again. Friendly and courteous service, up front pricing-I am quite pleased!

i chose hoffman because of the reviews i read on yellow pages and i am so glad i called. i figured since it was labor day i wouldnt get a call back untill tuesday. but 15 minutes later garrett called and was at my home within an hour.

he was very proffessional and knowledgeable. he answered my questions and didnt try to sell me things or services i didnt need.

i need to have some more work done and they will get my future bussiness.

I called Garrett to tell him that I had a problem with my AC, as a female most companies want to try and tell you there are so many different things worng just to get more money out of you. He came out the same day great service and very low price. I would highly reccommed him to anybody!

We called Garrett b/c our ac went out and he had done previous work for us and once again he does NOT disappoint! He was at our house within a half our and it was 930 on a Sat evening! I have used several different A/C repair companies over the years, including "Big Name" businesses, but when I bought an older home a couple years ago, I contacted Hoffman Heating and Air to service my system when it broke down. Their response time was immediate and they were able to fix the unit without trumped-up charges. I used them a couple more times for preventative maintenance, and based on the excellent service, I had no qualms about hiring them to replace my entire system with a highly efficient one. Once again, their prompt service, professional installation, and fair pricing impressed me, far more than the "big name" companies ever could. Now I recommend them to all my friends needing maintenance, repair, or replacement, and everyone has thanked me for it.

Thanks Garrett for your excellent service and honesty. Since our unit failed during Central Florida's record heat spell and on a weekend, I was nervous of who to call. Based on reading these reviews I decided to contact Hoffman and glad I did. During our conversations, my husband and I could tell Garrett is a man of integrity and he knows his stuff. Garrett also gave us a lot of valuable information. We have already told our friends and relatives that if they have AC problems that we have the man for them.



My fear was that we might have to replace the unit. It was a big relief when Garrett told us that only a part had to be replaced.
