Value City Furniture

Absolutely worst retailer I've ever done business with. Bought furniture from this location that stated they had the furniture in stock. After two botched deliveries with broken, missing, and mismatched furniture, I requested to have them take everything back and not do business with them ever again. The store manager at the Novi location they passed us off to (Joseph) was entitled and unprofessional. The store manager at their Dearborn location (Wendy) was incompetent. I would steer clear from this business at all costs.

we bought a mattress a month back. My wife had a back pain right next morning.I was pretty sure that this is different mattress that we saw at store. we went to the store a week after to check if the mattress is same or not but it was same. I told them it didn't feel the same as it is in store. They said it will get better but I am thinking of throwing this away now as it still feel the same.

Value city has worse customer care I have ever experienced.

Don't buy anything from this store. I spent more than 3 grand and totally disappointed by customer care. I am not going there after all of this. Please avoid value city store. Should have listened to the previous unsatisfied customers.

I've been buying at Value City for a couple of years now because of their fair prices and wide selection. My last trip to the Dearborn Value City Furniture location was hands down THE best customer service and sales experience I've ever had within any industry. Their sales people were as friendly and knowledgeable as you could ever expect. They went above and beyond to make sure I was looking at the right products within my budget and considering all that I should. I spoke in length with Abe, their Director of Sales, who took the time to truly understand my situation, my budget, and my furniture needs. He worked with me individually to maximize my budget in the best possible way to completely furnish my new home without sacrificing one iota of style or taste. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. This guy's knowledge and feel for interior design was absolutely astounding. At Value City Furniture Dearborn it is easy to to see how great leadership begets outstanding customer service from top to bottom. Once we got our brand new sectional into our home and saw how well each piece flowed together with the layout of our home, it was quick to see that the people we worked with at Value City really knew their stuff and cared about the outcome. In fact, breaking in our new sectional has been the perfect "climax" to our entire 1st time home buying experience. Thank you Value City Furniture.

This place is complete garbage! from staff to the quality of their furniture to their delivery personnel!! Once they received your money, forget about ever thinking about receiving any kind of assistance from them. COMPLETE GARBAGE! Screw your Management as well! Bunch of dropouts!!

do not ever buy furniture from this place I bought 3 dressers from there and every one of them fell apart .I only gave them a 1 star rating because I had to It should actually be a negative 5
