verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry unprofessional and rude. Don't bother and save the trip. This is the first time someone was rude to me for no no no reason. This place needs to be closed down or change the F*** owner.

The owner is very unprofessional. She needs to understand we are not in Iraq. She can't smoke in her store and have all the dresses and customers smell like smoke! Waste of Time!

I ignored all of the bad ratings here. I honestly shouldn't have. She's disrespectful, she makes you pay money for nothing. Bad quality, no returns and her store is VERY dirty and messy. That's not how you run a business, woman! You'll go broke. Rough day? Don't pour it on your customers. There's better, people! I promise. Don't waste your time. She's lost not only me, but all my friends.

Taghrid is the best lady alive she is so good to me and my family and shes an amazing person inside and out. I went to all the boutiques looking for a prom dress and i never found what i want but when i went to her store she found me the perfect dress and even better she costume designed it to looking even more fabulous, she put so much more lace and rhinestones and i needed it in three days and she finished in time. she saved my life! and there's not one person who didn't tell me i had the best dress at my prom! she even took care of me with the pricing! how much better could that get! i was so pleased and ever since that day iv been sending her customers and the tell me how pleased they as well! that's when i read these hateful comments below i just had to let you guys know that its false and she is the best lady i recommend everyone to go!!!!

Tagrid is very not professional she likes to bank people money and over charge them!! Shes always late and have people try on dresses they already paied for!! I BOUGHT MY DRESS WHY WOULD U LET A DIFFRENT GIRL TRY IT ON IF ITS MINE I BOUGHT IT????

The owner is very unprofessional. I bought a dress thats first of all over priced I go in to pick it up and she sold it to someone else. And tried to give me something similar to it. I reordered a dress and it wasn't the dress in ordered. She really needs to get a reality check. Because she did the same to s friend of mine. Shes a crook and she should get her place shut down due to fraud because she takes peoples money and then gives them something not worth it!!

Teraza bridal boutique is one of best and beautiful store in Dearborn, the owner taghrid makes sure that you are happy and pleased with the work she provides to you, I've been a customer for almost 7 years and the designs she does for me is more than what you call beautiful, so for the comment below "honest eyes" I don't know what you're trying to say, but your comment is worthless so don't even think that if you try to get people to think negative of her work try as much as you can but I'm sure taghrid has customers that love her and her work and that are pleased with everything she provides them with, so don't think you can bring her down,

I was fortunate to see her work feverishly on a project, where the we got delayed and were behind schedule. She is really good. She was pinning and tucking and altering dresses for the event. Everyone looked so beautiful. She was asked to help a lady's dress that was a little to revealing. In five minutes she put a beautiful lace around her shoulders and pinned and tucked, and it was fabulous. Teraza is awesome. She did not even have a sewing machine to work with that day. Teraza's Bridal Boutique has got to be one of the most unique bridal stores i have ever been to. There are so many dresses to choose from and a lot of different styles to match what you are looking for. this store has never failed me. anytime i have ever gone there i found what i was looking for and more. The owner of the store is very professional and will not rest unless your needs are met. i definitely recommend this store to everyone. My sister came here for her bridal party and was absolutely pleased and so were her bridesmaids. you will not find service like this anywhere else I promise you.

Hi. My name is Angel and I been going to Teraza's Bridal Boutique for over a year. She done my auntie wedding party dresses and she was awsome. So I came back to her so that she can do my wedding for Sept. 29 2012. She is very helpful and she takes out time for just you. She has opened up her shop after hours just for my bridemaids can get measured.

Teraza is very professional and has great customer service. She is very attentive and she tried to make sure I was pleased with my selection. My daughter's bridesmaids purchased their gowns here and were very pleased. They were especially pleased with how quickly they received their gowns. I would recomend Teraza's Bridal Boutiqueto everyone.. I was also pleased with the pricing.That was very important to me as Mother of the Bride.

The owner has the worst customer service. she even told me she in unprofessional herself. she was sewing up a scarf for me and told me it would be ready on a certain day. i came back on various occasions on that day and after the day and it was still not ready.i also gave her fabric to sew the scarf that i bought on my own, and she tried keeping it. when i asked her for it shes like oh ill bring it a different day. after i left i realized she never gave me two scarves that i had given to her for her to mimic with the new scarf, and she was like i forgot. she then said she can mail it tome. at this point i didnt find her very reliable and told her i would be back in two hours to pick it up. i came back and she still never had them!! she also over charges people who sees they are more willing to pay up. When i told her her ways were unprofessional, she clearly agreed and then started yelling at me telling me that she didnt even want to do the work. she also started telling me shes "HAJI TAGHRID" (her name) in an arrogant way... likei t made a different to what had been done.. shes so ridiculous...if you ask me, HORRIBLE SERVICe!!! she IS HORRIBLEE!!! i really dont even know hwo her store is still open... big mistake if you choose her store.
