Quest Diagnostics

Quest labs are 1 hour away from my house. I took 3 hours off of work. I got to the lab, was told that their computers are down. Yet they were taking patients that seemed to be familiar with the team. They told me that they can’t do mine. I asked for a manager and they said they are calling the police. Extremely rude a d unprofessional behavior. Do not go there if you can afford it. For me it was a waste of my time and my day but here are no other labs closer to home.

I have been using Quest for about 10 years. Awesome tech. They are the only place that can draw my blood. I have tiny veins. Only 1 poke. Other places I go to are a joke. I ❣️Quest in Dearborn.

Worst place ever attuide stink her name Mina on Hubbard drive yes that's her she's a racist she will fail u if ,she can't read ur pea instead of saying you that you may have to do it over. She getting paid for nothing their are hardly not enough people that are customer their she has a lot of free time basicly

What a joke. The waiting room was full with 5 people waiting. The tech didn't even look to see if anyone was here ) I guess she assumed 5 people missed their appointments in a row). Never again.

I wish that there was a way to give this place 0 stars. I showed up at 3:42 and am sitting here at 4:10. Not only has no one spoken to me since my arrival, but there appears to be ONE person working here- handling the desk, the tests, everything. While she failed to acknowledge my presence, she did manage to hold conversation for 10 minutes with what appears to be a patient while shutting the window to the reception desk. As I sit questioning this place's ability to even do my blood work, I can't help but wonder who verified these people or this building.
