Scott Smith served my family for two generations before I started using him. He did great up until a few months ago when my father died and he vanished! He doesn't return phone calls, or letters of any kind. He stopped handling our cases and since then my license is in suspension because he stopped handling it for me (No DUI or accidents. All for impeding traffic tickets). I've lost my truck as it was seized as part of a lawsuit he was supposed to be handling. He also has my fathers death certificates and handled my parents wills. We have driven to his office and no one is there. Doubt we will get our paperwork back. Who knows may not even see my truck or drivers license again.

DO NOT USE SCOTT A SMITH UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR CASE. HE DID ABSOLUTLY NOTHING TO TRY TO WIN OUR LAWSUIT, HE CALLED NO WITNESSES, DID NOT CHALLANGE ANY OF THE LIES PLANTIFF WAS SAYING. HE SAID SHE WASN'T PROVING ANYTHING SO THERE WAS NO NEED TO PUT ANYONE ON THE STAND. THE JUDGE AND THE JURY ACTUALLY GASP WHEN HE RESTED THE CASE WITHOUT PUTTING THE DEFENDANT (WHO BEGGED HIM TO PUT HER ON THE STAND TO DEFEND HERSELF ) OR ANY OTHER WITNESSES ON THE STAND. THE CASE WAS LOST DUE TO "uncontroverted". MEANING IF NO ONE DENIES WHAT THE PLANTIFF SAYS THE JURY WILL AWARD THEM THE JUDGEMENT. WHAT LAWYER WOULD NOT KNOW THAT. DISAPOINTING A LAWYER WOULD TREAT THEIR CLIENT THIS WAY. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LAWYER.
