Galaxy Zone

I took my son there 3 times and 3 times they decided to close early after they took my money. My 3 year old son went from being so excited to crying his eyes out in a matter of minutes. I would prefer to keep my business in the community but I don't think they want more of my money. Unfortunately we have to take our business to Play Atlantis. Some business advice from a successful business man... stay true to your business hours and try to cater to your customers needs not your employees needs. Maybe we can try you out in the future. I love the workers and the owner there all sweet and the place is very fun I go there almost everyday and enjoy my time and the dishes and the food and the arena is all clean and galaxy zone is better than chucky cheese in a hundred times

We had a Birthday party here for my son. The staff we had was amazing! Anything we asked they supplied. The food was fresh hot and delicious. Our guests loved everything. Decorations were set up beautifully. The also had

awesome music on, it was like having your own dj. They work with you to make sure you're satisfied. We love Galaxy Zone and would highly recommend it:)

we recently had my daughter's 3rd birthday party at Galaxy Zone. We invited 19 children (ages from 2-16) and 18 adults. When we arrived the set up was wonderful. we were in our own section separated from the general public. They had decorated the area with my daughters favorite colors. There was a large t.v for the adults to watch the famous Michigan vs Michigan State football team. First thing our guests said was "wow this place is so clean compared to Chuck e cheese and other places in the area". The place was safe that the kids were able to play without constant, direct supervision. The older kids also enjoyed a game of Laser Tag. They thought Laser Tag was awesome. The food was ready on time. It was delicious and made fresh. It was not "fast food like" or processed food. The portions were very generous. The manager and employees were so accommodating and nice. They always had a smile on their faces. I truly recommend this place to everyone. There is something there for all ages. Finally in comparison to the other arcade areas within 25 miles radius, the price was very fair and cheaper. You will not be disappointed.

RECOMEND FOR ALL!!! This place is one of the funnest places I have been to, they have great food and service. This place is for all ages, the lazer tag room is very big the employees are very nice and modest. I really think its worth a try.

I have been here many times and it is a nice family place, my husband and I and also my kids love to spend our times there. The food is amazing! Specially the pizza, I always order extra to take home, galaxy zone has carry out too! Also the employees are very professional and nice. They help with everything, and I'm surprised they have many specials for everything! Everyday! The arcade and lazer tag is very fun for everyone not only for the kids.THE REVIEWS I HAVE READ ARE OBNOXIOUS!! Galaxy Zone is a wonderful place! We enjoy Galaxy Zone!! I suggest everyone visit :)

If this is the professional response from this business with the spelling errors, poor English and Grammatical errors, then you don't have to worry about ME wasting my time or money with such incompetence! Obviously their answer is what they deemed reasonable, rational, and customer service focused. But considering the location, I can't say that I am surprised at all!

I was invited to my friends daughter birthday party i like it so much the waitress was really nice, the food was fabulous and pizza was amazing the games needs a little help but i heard their bringing new games soon.The atmosphere was really friendly they have lots of deals. Laser tag is really fun the arena is two levels, my kids loved it. Go play now before its to late for 5 dollars laser tag game for the rest of may.

They are fraud, their prices do not reflect as they are typed. do not be fooled! make sure you have a written estimate before booking. They are good at twisting your words and over priced for a low class business. they do not know how to operate a clean business, huge language barrier, half their arcade is dysfunctional!

Its such a fun place, the foods great. The prices are affordable and great for family and friends of all age. The lazer tag glows in the dark, it is so facinating especially if you wear neon colors so you can stand out. You can even set up a party there with very nice decorations. Also, the workers here are very friendly, and have such great humor. I love it here and would recommend this to all, you wont regret it.

I love Galaxy Zone lasertag is amazing food is fantastic and prizes are cool.but, the games need lots of fixing. Finally, there is a new arcade in Dearborn.

Went here with the family and this place is horrible! The food was awful and the managers were completely unprofessional. When asked to talk to the owners, they were completely lost in how a business should operate. Don't waste your time and money here, drive to Zap Zone or even Chuck E Cheese, anywhere but Galaxy Zone. It will be a matter of no time this place will shut down. As for the owners, need to learn how to manage a business. I've done research and found out they hire teens, work them to over 40 hrs and don't pay them. Remember in Dearborn, word gets around quick! Good luck trying to stay open!

Galaxy Zone is a great place to be, the food is really good and the business is fast. The place is full of interesting arcade games and the best part is the lazer tag. The lazer tag arena is very big and very exciting, me and my friends had fun playin there, and we are going to go there atleast twice a week. Its a chance that you can not miss you have to try to visit this place atleast once.

Galaxy Zone is a great place to go! The food is great the games are really fun, and the lazer tag is extrodinary! I had a birthday party at Galaxy Zone I was very impressed with the fast service and great deals! My kids had a great time; we visit atleast once every week! My favorite part is when the guy in the alien suit came out and surprised the children! EVERYONE should pay a visit to Galaxy Zone, trust me you will not regret it!
